One of my very first jobs was for a farm market in my hometown, started by one of my high school friends and his family. In the couple of years I worked there, I had my hands in everything from their website and social media to hand lettered signage and event graphics. Now, just a few short years later, it warms my heart to go back there and see all the ways they’ve expanded. What started as a 16-year-old’s dream for an apple orchard has turned into 3 beautifully restored historic horse barns, a gorgeous wedding venue, a huge space for artisan makers and vendors, pick-your-own strawberries in the summer and pumpkins in the fall, and a full service restaurant and coffee shop — and they’re still growing!

CUSTOM BRAND STRATEGY & DESIGN
Whether you’re wanting to start from scratch or scrap your entire brand and start over, I’m here to help! The biggest difference between custom and mini brand design is the research and strategy behind the concepts. We’ll work together to analyze the market you’re in, who your competitors are, and how we’ll set your business apart. It also includes an additional initial design concept, logos delivered in every brand color, texture/pattern selections, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

You can choose any Showit website template (I’m happy to help you find the perfect one!) and I’ll customize it to your business using your logos, fonts, colors, and photos.

The Experience

Wondering what it’s like to work with me?! It’s basically five easy steps from inquiry to launch day!
After you inquire and book a discovery call, we’ll find some time to chat. Afterwards, I’ll send over a proposal, contract, timeline, and invoice. If you decide to book, we’ll schedule a kickoff call to get started!
kickoff
On that call we’ll chat about the full project scope, set an official timeline, and discuss all the pre-work I need from you before design begins.
design, review, rinse, repeat.
I’ll design, you’ll review and provide feedback, and we’ll do it over and over again until we get to that “this is so right.” feeling.
draft day
Once we’ve narrowed down all the options and settled on a final design, I’ll put on the finishing touches and we’ll inspect it all with a fine tooth comb. Fixing errors, removing bugs, refining the content until it’s in tip top shape.
set for launch
After we get everything looking just right, we’ll schedule some time to walk through things together. I’ll provide any necessary tutorials for maintaining your brand, website, or document, provide social media launch graphics, and help you set a date for your official brand or website launch!

I owe many thanks to Mikayla for leading Ceci to me, and I owe even more thanks to Ceci for leading every other client I’ve ever booked to me, LOL. Ceci was another dream client (idk if I’ll ever not say that about a client, I love them all so much), but she was the opposite of Mikayla, and we tweaked her brand over and over again until we got it right. And that’s not me complaining, I promise! It’s actually me rejoicing because I thrive on feedback. It makes me as your designer, and your final deliverables, so much better. Plus, it’s the best feeling ever when the concept finally feels right.
After a bit of back and forth, Ceci and I finally got to a concept that felt soooo right to us both and helped her website fall into place. Ceci can say she was one of my firsts, too — she was my first fully designed site in Showit! I’m so grateful to her for trusting me and for all of her feedback and input along the way. I’m so proud of the work we created!

Mikayla is my famous first client. I feel like I never shut up about her, but that’s because she trusted me with the most important thing ever (her baby - her brand!). She’s an insanely talented photographer, and she’s an even better friend.
We worked together to build her brand and website in 2023 as I was revisiting my interest in web design and combining it with my passion for weddings. I always joke about how she was my hardest client, mostly because she never had an ounce of feedback for me. She fell in love with every single thing I created as soon as I showed it to her. (Which was fine, because I love everything I created for her <3)
I also always joke that I’m going to completely rehaul her brand and website again whenever I have time — not because I’m not insanely proud of it but because I have learned SO MUCH since then that I get to apply to every single client moving forward!
